Solopreneur OS | DC, Maryland, Virginia
Day 1 Is Free. Day 31 Is Empty.
You went to the free workshop. You got a month of the paid tool. It is week five now, the trial is gone, and you are back in the chat window typing “help me write an email.” Solopreneur OS is the four weeks that should have come next, a Beidat cohort for solo owners across the DMV.
Prerequisite: Anthropic’s free AI Fluency for Small Business course. We do not re-teach it, we start where it stops.
What’s Included
- ✓ Three half-days plus a live clinic
- ✓ Built on your own live data, not a demo
- ✓ Business Brain plus three operating lanes
- ✓ Two instructors per cohort
- ✓ Graduation gate: run it, then name what it got wrong
- ✓ Next cohort: August 15, 2026
You Don’t Need Another Demo. You Need Judgment.
Almost every AI training being sold right now is a demo. Somebody clicks a toggle, a workflow runs, the room says “wow,” everybody goes home. Then you’re alone with your actual books, your actual clients, and a tool that’s confidently wrong about something — and you can’t tell which thing.
Your business has always needed a bookkeeper, a marketer, and an assistant. You’ve never been able to afford one hour of any of them. That’s the actual gap, and for the first time it has a real answer — not because a machine can write an email, but because a business of one can finally run like a business with a back office. This is for the work that was never getting done in the first place, not for replacing anyone you’ve already hired.
The Four Weeks
Three Half-Days and a Clinic — On Your Own Live Data
Twelve to fifteen owners per cohort. Two instructors. Every session is a build on the owner’s own books, calendar, and clients — never a sample company.
The Brain
Claude learns your business. You write the first documents and get your first daily business brief running on real data.
The Lanes
Your money lane goes live first — books connected, invoice chasing running, a month-end close packet your accountant would accept.
The Guardrails
Outreach goes live and your privacy policy gets written for your specific vertical. First sequence drafted — not sent until you can defend it.
The Clinic
No curriculum. You bring your own broken thing and we fix it in the room, in front of everyone.
Nobody Graduates by Watching
To finish, every owner does two things: runs one workflow end to end, unaided, on live data — and correctly names one thing the AI got wrong that week. If you can’t name something it got wrong, you haven’t been checking it, and we’re not going to hand you a certificate and send you back to your business believing an unchecked tool is doing your books.
Who’s Teaching This
The Doctorate Is in Education — Not in Marketing
Everybody in this market can demo the tool. Almost nobody selling AI training has built a curriculum, taught a cohort, or measured whether the learning held a month later.
Beidat is a technology transformation advisory and training firm with a decade of workforce training and college-level curriculum development in this region — not an AI reseller that opened last spring. Dr. Mohammed Ali, Beidat’s founder, holds a doctorate in Education from Morgan State University, where his research was on student satisfaction in online learning environments. He serves as Head of Technology, Engineering, and Construction, leads executive discussions at Gartner CIO/CISO forums on AI and the future of ERP, is a member of the Greater Washington Partnership, and designs and deploys custom AI agents for clients. He’s the author of Remote Teaching: New Ways of Teaching Colleges and Universities and speaks on AI in higher education and on remote teaching and learning.
The credential that matters isn’t that we know AI. It’s that we know how adults actually learn a technical subject — and the research behind that was done here, at Morgan State, on exactly this question.

Both Here In The DMV
A small team with no operations hire, the same businesses this cohort is built for.
BCS Consulting Group
What was broken: Marketing, outreach, client onboarding and bookkeeping were all done by whoever happened to have an hour, with no line of sight into which of it mattered.
What changed: Each is now a running workflow with an owner and a rhythm. They are planning to add part-time staff, the capacity they got back is turning into headcount, not away from it.
Dar Al Nur Community Center
What was broken: Internal communication was the bottleneck; ad creation and website updates stalled for want of anyone whose job it was.
What changed: Everything now runs through Google Workspace as a repeatable process a volunteer can pick up. What used to take days takes a few minutes a day, with no new hires, on a budget that had no room for any.
What It Costs
Priced Against One Recovered Afternoon a Week
Subsidized through a partner. Ask if a cohort near you is covered.
The full four weeks, 12–15 owners, graduation gate included.
Half-day add-on: real estate, e-commerce, creative, or coaching.
You’ll also pay the software companies directly — a Claude plan (Pro starts at $20/month; the Small Business toggle is free on any paid plan), Google Workspace, and the accounting tools you likely already have. We disclose every tool cost in week one, including which tools you don’t need.
The Trial Expires. The Habit Doesn’t.
Twelve to fifteen owners. Four weeks. Your real books, your real calendar, your real clients.
